Ice Safety Rules
~ Pay at the admission window. By paying for admission, you are agreeing to abide by the skating rules here at Iceland.
~ Absolutely no one permitted on the ice until the Zamboni leaves the ice and Zamboni gates are closed.
~ No one allowed on the ice without skates.
~ All skating must be done in a safe manner.  Skating that endangers or interferes with other skaters safety will not be tolerated. Playing Tag, Crack the Whip, and horse play is not allowed.
~ Speed skating or cutting in and out of skating traffic is not permitted.
~ No intentional falling or baseball slides on the ice.
~ Skaters must keep skating at all times~ no loitering or gathering into groups to talk on ice.
~ Obey Skate Guards at all times.  If you are not following the rules, the Skate Guard has the authority to remove violators from the ice.
~ No throwing snowballs on the ice.  Anyone caught doing so will be asked to leave the ice for a 15 minute “time out.”
~ No sitting on the dasher boards.
~ Player benches are off limits.  No one is permitted in this area other than rink officials.
~ No carrying babies or small children while skating.
~ No radios, camcorders, cameras, or backpacks on the ice.
~ No food or drink outside the lobby.
~ Smoking or tobacco chewing is not permitted inside the building.
~  All jumps and spins are to be done inside the coned off section.
