Power Skating - 
Power Skating is a group class that focuses on edge work, transitioning, forward/backward skating, and so much more! Full gear is not required. It is the skater's option if they want to do drills with a stick or without. This class is open to all figure skaters and hockey players. Drop in. Sign up at the snack bar.

Sticks & Pucks - 
Sticks & Pucks is a open ice time for hockey players to practice skating, shooting, and stick handling. Nets are provided at goal creases. Full gear is required for players 18 and younger.

VBHC Adult Pick Up
The VBHC hosts a morning pickup at Iceland of Hampton Roads on Monday and Friday mornings from 6:30am - 7:30am.  Their goal is to promote the sport, exercise and have fun. Whether you're an experienced player or a beginner, our morning hockey skate is an enjoyable time for everyone.  Non members can drop in on any game for $15. Goalies play for free however you must sign up via their website here.
