2014-2105 Fall/Winter Season
ADULT A/MIXED /OVER 30 LEAGUES
20 Games plus playoff (includes 1 guaranteed playoff game)
Season begins September 7th/Sundays A & Mixed
or September 8th / Mondays- Over 30
COST: $420
If the payment is made in full by the first day of the season; the cost is only $395.
Payment Plan:
A & Mixed League
$ 125 Deposit is due by September 7th, $ 2nd Payment $150 due November 11th & balance of $145 by
January 9th.
Over 30
$ 125 Deposit is due by September 8th, $ 2nd Payment $150 due November 12th & balance of $145 by
January 10th.
This season will be 20 games plus playoff (includes 1 guaranteed playoff game) played using the USA Hockey rules
- We will use 5 on 5 formats with 3– 17 minute (running clock) periods and no overtime during regular games.
- Teams must carry 13 fulltime players.
- Individual players may be placed on teams carrying less than 13 players. Teams are welcome, but must register ASAP.
- Players MUST have current 2014-2015 USA Hockey Insurance.
- Any unregistered or uninsured player will cause an automatic game forfeit. NO EXCEPTIONS. We must have a registration form, valid USA Hockey Insurance confirmation, and payment from each player.
- Players are required to have jersey numbers. Please inform the scorekeeper if you are wearing a different number.
- Players MUST sign in before each game.
- NO GAME BY GAME. Exceptions to this rule are policemen, firemen, or military players that are on active duty, and have the manager’s approval. Please complete required form for this exception.
- A team may not invite other players to play in a game in which they are not registered to play in.
- Teams must have a registered goalie. Any substitution must be reported prior to the game,
- Balances due from previous seasons must be cleared up to join the new season.
- Remember, this is still a no check league, and fighting will not be tolerated.

10 Games plus playoff (includes 1 guaranteed playoff game)
Season begins September 10th/Wednesdays or September 11th / Thursdays!
COST: $220
If the payment is made in full by the first day of the season; the cost is only $210

$ 100 Deposit is due by September 10 or 11th (1st game), & balance of $120 by November 12th or 13th.
