You can get the latest and greatest Halloween Costumes at wholesale prices for your skater and support the Hampton Roads Youth Hockey Association.  HYRHA is the owner and operator of the our ice rink.   We have begun a process to raisie funds to continue to make the only ice surface in Virginia Beach even better.
